The Ocean City Community Center Asociation shall be an independent community service organization, formed exclusively for charitable, historic, educational, cultural and Community Center purposes dedicated to encouraging community-wide participation and philanthropy in order to enhance and expand enrichment opportunities in the Ocean City Community Center for the residents of Ocean City and the community at large. 

The mission of the Ocean City Community Center Association shall be to identify and implement strategies and activities designed to support, enhance expand and develop Community Center opportunities, facilities and programs.
